Handprints on the Glass

A heartwrenching story about a mother who has lost her son. If she could only bring herself to clean his handprints off of the window where he used to look at the outside world. Maybe then she could begin to heal. Just the thought of losing that memorium of her son is enough to break her heart all over again.

ooooh... I don't know if I can continue, although I will. I can tell this may tear into my heart. Nothing is more heart wrenching then the loss of a child.
Wow! Quite the powerful beginning.  You communicated her pain quite well and vividly.  As a mother, just the thought ofthat loss makes my heart weep.
Such a beautiful story, so much emotion and depth, I could really feel the pain. Truly wonderful, great job :)
