Broken time peice

"I'm Clara and this is my song "broken clocks" with SZA featured explained! My first lyric "run fast from my day job" is basically me saying I quit social media, which was my "day job" because of my break up.

The day I made this i was hanging out with SZA and started to talk about my past, and I made it very lyrical acedently. She suggested we write a song, I called my girl Josslynn and she helped make the beat

A lot of the first couple of verses is SZA singing about her own experience, so I'm not gonna really speak on it.

I finally start to sing again and the lyric I start with goes "it's been about three years since I dated you, why you still talk about me like we together?" So basically i was in this relationship for a long time, but it didn't even feel like a relationship, so I said it's been three years sense we dated. I was dating him for so long but the relationship had ended before our one year anniversary, we just didn't know it. I also added "why you still talk about me like we together?" Because if you are an active social media user you know he talks about me a lot. He talks about being the only reason my career is successful, and if it wasn't for him then I wouldn't have any of my projects go big.

"I moved on for the better, you over on for whoever" obviously I moved on for better things. I'm starring in a new movie that's projected to break records, my newest album is nominated for an AMA, I have won a golden globe. I have done so much without him. I know if I stayed with him I wouldn't be close with timothee. I really wouldn't have anything I do right now. And my ex moved on for whoever. Everyone knows who he moved on for, they are having children together.

That interview went better then I expected! But I have no ride, I'm legit stranded at the genius headquarters. So I decided asking timothee for a ride would be my best bet.
