This is similar to Hanahaki Disease
Forget me not Disease is caused by one-sided or perceived one-sided love. The disease starts of with forgetting basic details such as birthdays, favourite colours, food or animals. It then spreads to forget plans or things involving said person. They may forget that they have plans to go out or training. It ends with a total memory wipe of the person. The inflicted will not remember the person at all. As the disease progresses the inflicted will get sick. It will start of common symptoms of the cold or flu so it can be easily misdiagnosed. The inflicted will get sicker and shortly after the total memory loss, they will die. Like Hanahaki it can be cured if the person returns the feelings. There is no surgery or medicine that can cure it.
