Chapter 16 - Mourning

Sid walked ahead of me and opened the door to see the band members altogether, I frowned and sat next to Corey, Sid sat across from me and stared at me, I looked at my new phone and began to text my mum 'hey mum, I'm missing you guys, it's so hard to be here, in finding this loss so hard' I wrote before looking back at Sid who was talking to Shawn, I looked a around and stood up before leaving, I left the house and walked down the lane

"Where are you going!?" Shannon called, I looked around at her and felted the tears fall down my cheeks, she ran over and wrapped her arms around me before we sat down on a bench

"I know, I know lilly it's so hard but Paul wouldn't want us to be so depressed" Shannon whispered "it's not just that" i whimpered "Sid told me he loves me, and I didn't say anything, I was so shocked that I just lay down and slept, he left the room and I didn't see him until just there" I explained, her eyes were wide and her mouth hung opened

"Do you love him?" She asked, I looked at her and shrugged "I'm not sure" I said, she stroked my back and kissed my forehead "you will, you'll know when the times right" she whispered

"Anyway forget about me how's you and Joey" I asked wiping my tears and straightening up taking a deep breath "we're good, it's been a while since we've had sex, I honestly don't think our love is there anymore" she admitted, I stroked her back and leaned my head on her shoulder

"Come with me" I whispered "what?" She questioned "move to England with me" she stared at me before shaking her head "I don't even remember what life is like away from here" she laughed quietly "you'll love it" I smiled "can I think about it?" She asked, I smiled and nodded before we stood up and walked back towards the house.

I went to Sid's room and seen Sid coming out of the shower a towel wrapped around his waist, he froze on the spot and looked at me, I held the door as we looked at each other "I'm just here to get some stuff" I explained, I walked past him and grabbed some stuff before feeling him behind me, I straightened up and felt his breath against the back of my neck "Sid" I whispered as his hands stroked up my waist, he moved closer and rested his face against the back of my hair, I closed my eyes an breathed out, I tried to breathe calmly

"Lilly, you may not love me, but I love you" he whispered his hand slipping around to my stomach, I spun around and kissed him, i whimpered against his mouth and jumped up into his arm, "I love you" he whispered lowering me onto the bed

I shouted making him jump up, I laughed and he chuckled "Jesus Lilly you really know how to give someone a heart attack" I sat next to him and leaned my head on his shoulder "has Sid been with Martha since I left?" I asked, he frowned and nodded "knew it" I whispered, leaned forward and covered my eyes "God damn it" I groaned "why what happened?" He asked "he said her name when he woke up, he was staring right at me and said Martha" I groaned "you okay?" He asked "I don't care anymore honestly, I'm too fucked up to care anymore" I whispered, he stroked my back and I looked at him

Then the gate opened and Martha walked up towards the house, she froze and looked at me, I stood up and tapped her arm "he'll all yours" I said with a smile before walking away from the house, "Lilly!" Sid called as I walked away, Chris stared at him before running after me

"Lilly wait" he called, he slowed then stopped, I smiled at him and hugged him "lets get pizza, I'm starving" I smiled, he put on a smile before frowning again "wow why so serious?" I said in a deep voice "I just want to make sure you're okay" he whispered "I'm fine, I can't say I'm great, you obviously know why" I frowned "i know it's hard for all of us" he said tears coming to his eyes, I touched his face and he closed his eyes tears strolling down his cheeks, I got on my tip toes and kissed him lightly, his eyes opened and he looked into my eyes

His arm wrapped around my waist and pulled me against his body before he kissed me, I groaned pulling away and stroking his hair "I cant" I whispered, he pressed his forehead against mine and breathed out slowly "I know, I just had to kiss you" he chuckled "sorry" I whispered "you know what you do you go back in there and fight for him" Chris said pointing at the house, I smiled slightly before running to the house "get him back lilly" Chris shouted

The front door opened and Sid walked out, he walked towards me and I jumped in his arms and hugged him, my legs clamping around his waist, "I love you Sid, I fucking love you" I cried, he looked at me before kissing me.
