It was a dark and stormy night, fog covering the surface until it was almost impossible to see through it,
Dream was struggling to fight Nightmare and his gang in these conditions, they have been fighting for about half an hour already.
"Where are they??" Dream thought to himself in frustration, knowing he can't keep up for long.
Lost in his thoughts, he didn't even notice how Cross snicked behind him,
Snapping back to reality, Cross was pinning him on the ground with an evil smirk.
"You're kinda cute from up here", Cross said flirtatiously,
"Kinda makes me want to betray the boss and keep you to myself", he added making the smaller skeleton's face turn bright yellow.
Suddenly, Cross gets thrown aside by another figure, that right after that offers Dream a hand of help.
"Need some help bud?" the figure said,
"Took you long enough, Ink" said Dream right after taking the hand of his pal, "where is blue?" Dream asked his friend that couldn't help but smirk,
"Right there", he pointed at the little skeleton in blue banana, that seemed to be fighting pretty well against Killer,
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's show them who's boss!" said Ink running to fight Dust,
Dream rolled his eyes and followed him.
They fought for what felt like hours, Blue and Killer were fighting intensely,
Suddenly, Horror came from behind and injured the blue skeleton, making him bleed almost instantly.
"Dream! Take blue out of here and come back here right after you make sure he's safe!!" Ink shouted at his yellow friend,
"Are you sure you can handle them while I'm gone?!" Dream asked hesitatingly,
"As long as you're fast, I'm sure!!"
Without a second fought, Dream grabbed Blue and started running away from his brother's gang, only to be chased, but suddenly, they stop
"Don't chase them, morons! We're here for the artist!!", Nightmare shouted at them.
This comment made Ink freeze,
"What in the world would you possibly want from ME??" he askes the goopy skeleton.
While he's distracted, Cross snicked behind him and grabed him, making him fall on the ground and lose consciousness.
"Oh, you will see..." said Nightmare with an evil grin,
"You will see..." he repeated, grabbing him with his tentacles and teleporting back to his castle.
