Chapter 39

Jessica ~

I'm sitting in the doctors office for a job interview but I wanna do fashion but my mom keeps telling me that will never work. Just then my phone rings " hello" I say picking up " hey baby" my boyfriend says " hey" I say watching a girl come in and she drops her things ." hold up baby" I press hold on my flip phone that turns into a I phone. I get on my knees and help pick up her papers and she thanks me getting up looking at my face

" destiny?" I say shocked

" jess?" She says

" how have you been?" I say sitting back into my seat

" fine and you ? " destiny answers

" alright" I respond back

" how many weeks are you?" I say looking at her stomach

" I'm very close , this is my last appointment then weeks later I go in " she says sitting next to me

" wow . it must be nice " I respond back

See look here I grew up around the corner from destiny and our families are close. Growing up was not easy , making mends meet pshh ! Was not easy at all. After about 8 years destiny moved to I don't know where but I missed her. After she left I had no one to talk too anymore plus not to long ago . About 3 months ago I got an abortion by my ex but Damon doesn't know that Nor does he need too.

" Jess? " destiny says waking me out of my thoughts

" huh?" I say

" wanna come in with me? " she says

" sure " I say while getting up

We both walk through the white door then down the hall , and to the left. Following the doctor into the room we both sit down

" the doctor will be with you in one minute" she says to us

" oh ! I forgot " I say getting my phone out

" what ?" She says looking at me

I text Damon back saying

Damon - goodnight

Me- I'm in the doctors office I'll call you later okay?

Damon- okay love you

Just then the doctor came back and introduced herself to me and destiny. Then continued to check destiny just in time I see a light skin cutie come in.

" hey baby " he says kissing destiny's forehead

I'm thinking in my head what the hell? Well that explain the rock on her finger and the baby in her stomach . I'm done ✌

" hey . baby this is justice and justice this is Jessica " destiny says

" hey " I say trying to sounds upliftful

" its nice to meet you" smiling with his hand out

Just then another girl comes in, I know her from somewhere though. I just can't put my finger on it. The doctor then let's destiny go and she looks at me

" Tameka" I say recognizing the girl is my cousin

" Jessica" she says

" where have you been " Tameka says

" around" I say

" well have to link up sometime " tameka says

" bet well destiny it was nice seeing you again and nice to meet you justice" I say

" what's your number" Tameka asks

" 555-7898" I say as she types in her phone

I watch as we all watch out and I get into my acura. I put the keys in and shortly after pulls off. Anyway I didnt get to introduce myself I'm Jessica tyliah Anderson and I'm 23 . I live with my boyfriend Damon and I love fashion . After 10 minutes I got home it wasn't far from the hospital good thing. I opened the door and dropped my bag on the couch then went to our room. I kicked off my shoes and laided down suddenly the bathroom door opens with a cloud of smoke and Damon comes out.

" hey babe" I say getting up to give him a kiss put he moves

" where the hell you been jess ?" He says like he is mad

" at the hospital " I say

" are you okay ?" He says pulling me into a hug

" I went for a job interview" I say hugging him back

" how was it?" He asks going to his drawers and putting on clothes

" It was okay " I say getting on the bed going to lay down
