The moon's setting; still, Luke couldn't get a wink of sleep. Luke kept thinking about Sheryn's question. Hours had passed and the alarm clock rang and Luke started preparing for school without sleep. After 40 minutes of preparing, Luke left without telling Sheryn. Luke was walking down the road when he saw Erina. Erina also saw Luke but Erina ignored him and headed to the other way. Luke felt disappointed; suddenly, Blake's car stopped beside Luke.

"Hey, Luke! I'm also heading to the campus, want a ride?"

"Thanks, but I'm going to cafè first."

"I think I can drive you there, we still have enough time anyway."

Luke smiled and said. "Okay then, if you insist."

Luke got in the car and Blake quickly headed to the cafè. Luke was staring out the window; suddenly, Sheryn's question popped up again in Luke's mind and Luke felt shy. The atmosphere in the car was quiet, until Blake talked and said…

"Luke, I actually wanted to tell you something."

Luke wasn't responding, so Blake checked what Luke's doing and he saw Luke looking out the window, deep in thought, thinking about something. Blake poked Luke's shoulder and Luke flinched.

"Hey, are you okay?" Blake asked.

"Yeah, yeah, I just remembered something."

"What is it?"

Luke smiled and said. "Nothing, nothing. By the way, what do you want to tell me?"

Blake suddenly changed his mind and chose not to tell Luke what he was trying to say. After a minute. Luke and Blake arrived at the cafè; Sheryn was surprised when she saw Luke getting out of Blake's car. Sheryn called Luke's name as soon as they entered the cafè. Luke smiled and walked towards Sheryn.

"You seemed in a hurry this morning, and forgot to tell me you're leaving." Sheryn said.

"Hehe. I couldn't sleep, so I started preparing earlier than usual."

"Hmm, I see." Sheryn suddenly leaned closer and whispered. "By the way, that was a nice car you rode right there."

Luke grinned and walked towards the counter with Blake.

"What do you want to order?" Blake asked while looking at the menu.

"I'll take a small hot chocolate."

Blake ordered and said. "One large iced americano and one large hot chocolate, please."

"Blake, I said small."

Blake grinned and winked. "Don't worry, it's on me."

Luke felt shy and looked down on the floor. Blake and Luke waited for a while, until the coffees were done. Luke thanked Blake as soon as they got out of the cafè. Minutes had passed, and the crowd at the campus was shocked again when they saw Luke getting out of Blake's car. Blake and Luke left in separate ways; and Luke was walking at the corridor when he heard someone say…

Student 1: "I'm really shocked when I saw him with Blake last friday; I was surprised when I saw him in Blake's car again today."

Student 2: "I know right! Blake never let anyone ride his car besides that freshman."

Luke was a little shocked when he heard that. Luke arrived and sat on his table. Professor Dan entered and started lecturing, while Luke kept staring at his phone, as if he was waiting for someone's text. Hours have passed, the bell rang and Luke stood up and left. Erina suddenly walked beside Luke and said…

"You seemed distracted the whole class."

"Oh, am I that obvious?"

"Hmmm, not really."

Erina wanted to ask more questions, but she held herself back and walked in a different way. Luke was walking alone until one female student walked towards him and asked.

"Are you close with Blake?"

"Not really." Luke answered with a smile on his face.

"Ahh, but can you do me a fav …"

The student suddenly stopped talking and Dylan popped out of Luke's back. Luke was curious why the girl stopped talking, and then Dylan suddenly talked…

"I'm sorry, but this freshman student has some business with me today."

Luke flinched and trembled when he heard Dylan's voice. Dylan grabbed Luke's wrist tightly and dragged him in an empty room. Blake texted Luke but Luke dropped his phone when Dylan pulled him down the stairs. 5 minutes have passed, Blake thought Luke got home already and eventually left. Luke was weak, crouching at the floor holding his stomach. Luke was crying, defenseless; suddenly, Dylan kicked his face. Luke laid on the floor and his lips started bleeding. Dylan stepped on Luke's face and said…

"You thought you're free now, smiling like an idiot, having that fucker by your side?"

Luke couldn't speak until Dylan kicked his stomach forcefully. Luke coughed real hard until Dylan heard someone's footsteps passing by their room. Before Dylan left, Dylan warned Luke saying, "We're not done yet."

The students passing by saw Luke laying on the ground, crying, sweaty and weak. The students immediately helped Luke stand up and headed to the infirmary. The doctor was asking questions while he treated Luke's wounds, but Luke couldn't speak, feeling dizzy and his vision was turning all around until he fell asleep.
