Athy looked away, trying to avoid eye contact.
So is Anastacius, who already looked like he's ready to stab her at any second.
"Oh my.. thankyou so much, lady Penelope!"
Iza smiled.
"Now, since the tables are set, why don't we sit right beside our beloved childrens!"
All the parents, including Anastacius, sat beside their kids.
Mostly, the parents do the talking, and the kids just..
Quite.
I mean they couldn't talk about boys or any gossips again..
"Athy.."
Jenette called.
"Will Lucas come?"
Athy and Anastacius glanced to Jenette,
Penelope glanced to Athy.
"Ah.. i don't think so.. he hates crowds.."
Athy replied.
"So, it's been a while.. Athanasia"
Penelope said, out of the blue.
"I see you've grown a lot, you must've took care of her well.. unlike that Anastacius.."
Athy looked suprise by Penelope's words, maybe because she's with Claude, she dares to talk freely.
"Ah.. thankyou.."
Athy smiled, awkwardly.
"Yes, um, for me, Athy is my number one priority since Anastacius asked me to take a good care of her while he's gone.."
Anastacius said, and points at Athy.
"You see, i'm glad Athy didn't beg any items that much, she also listen to me well, and behave well.. so it's easy to take care of her"
"Ah is that so?"
Penelope raised an eyebrow, she noticed something,
"Your voice.."
Athy and Anastacius flinched.
"Your voice is kinda familiar.."
Penelope said.
"Okay?.."
Anastacius replied awkwardly, since he doesn't knew what to say next.
"Heh?.. is lady Penelope close to Patterson?"
Duchess Erisia asked, kinda look jealous.
"No, we just met here today, i think"
Penelope replied.
"Ah, I see.."
Duchess Erisia sighed in relief.
"Why do you sound so reliefed?"
Countess Karine giggled, knowing Erisia had a crush on Anastacius.
"Nothing"
Erisia slightly blushed.
"Ah.. no.. there is something.."
Iza smirked.
"What?"
Erisia looked scared, worrying one of them would spoil her secret.
Aquilla glanced to her mother who's fanning herself, or otherwise her face will turn red.
"What about the kids?.. hmm.. they haven't talk a single thing!"
Erisia tried to change the topic.
"Mother.. why is your face so red?.."
Aquilla asked, looking confused.
"Aha, it's true she liked Patterson"
Lady Kirin grinned.
"What?! I-? No!"
Erisia disaggreed with Kirin's opinion.
"Really?.."
Aquilla raised an eyebrow,
"Well I mean it's not a problem anyways, since viscount patterson is also single.."
Anastacius shuts his mouth completely,
He kept starring at his cup, not interested in the topic, and there is Athy who knew that Penelope is also his "lover".
"Wait, Patterson is single?.. i thoight he had a wife.."
Erisia asked, and glanced at Anastacius.
"Aquilla.. how did you know?.."
Athy asked, tilting her head.
"Well, firstly, your mother never shows at any event, only viscount Patterson himself, secondly you never mentioned that, and third he wore his ring in his middle finger instead.. so conclusion?.. he had no wife at all.. i guesse.."
Aquilla explains.
Anastacius lifted his head, then look to Aquilla,
"Ha.. is that so?.."
His eyes glows like a scary man,
"E-eh?.. Dad?.."
Athy called.
"You're right! I didn't have any wife!"
Anastacius smiled.
"Nice observations!"
Aquilla slightly blushed because he noticed, that made her looked like a stalker.
"Aren't you interested in finding a new one, at least a mother for Athanasia"
Kirin asked.
"E-eh.. Kirin.."
Her husband looked sad and hopeless.
"It's not about you, honey"
Kirin winked to her husband.
Soon he understands.
Erisia already looked very hopeful on this, also somehow the girls too because they admire his looks.
"No"
Anastacius replied, simply,
"I don't want other people to love athy, beside me"
Athy blushed,
"Aww.. dad.."
Athy giggled.

"Ahh.. what a nice father.."
Erisia sighed, her face looked like her sould just left her body.
"Yes.. thats very sweet.."
Iza complimented.
"I agree.. so sweet.."
Penelope said, looking sarcastic while starring at Athy.
"Then, why don't we eat these strawberry and cheesecakes!"
Iza smiled.
