jay - " omfg is this really what I have to come back down to?"
Daniel- " Yeah this is life now Jay. Hahaha get used to it."
The boys continued playing while Jay heads back up to her room. She hears a knock at the door and realizes that Zach is there. She let him in because he looked kinda nervous about something. He told her he liked her and it didnt matter If Daniel was his best friend and her brother. She looked at him with big sad eyes and told him that they should just be friends because she doesn't wanna ruin the friendship he has with Daniel. Zach understood why she turned him down but he still wanted to be with her. Through that night jay thought, " was rejecting Zach a mistake?" The same night Zach though," was telling her I liked her a mistake?" These questions ran through there minds for a long time.
two months later—
Jay and the boys went to the beach all together but she only hung out with Jack and Corbyn. Jack had gotten over his mini crush on Jay because he had finally gotten a girlfriend. And Jay considered them all brothers except for Zach. Ever since the night he told her that he liked her, she's been trying to avoid talking to him. The bad thing was that he WAS trying to talk to her at the beach and around the house. pretty much everywhere they went. After a few hours of being at the beach and taking amazing instagram pictures, jay decided to take a walk by herself along the beach and clear her mind. She ended up sitting on a huge rock next to the ocean to take pics of the sunset. Moments later, Zach shows up and asks if they could talk. She says ok as he climbs the rock to sit beside her.
Zach- " Look Jay... I get that your avoiding me and all because of the night i told you, but can we just act like that night never happened?
Jay - " Why? Why should we forget that ever happened?"
Zach - " Well i mean your clearly not interested so.."
Jay cuts him off and says, " Well how do you know I'm not interested?" Zach then mentioned how she rejected him and began ghosting him.
Jay- " I only said that bc I wasn't going to hurt Daniel again." She got off the rock and started walking away from Zach until he chased and stopped her. Zach told her, " wait Jay... Please. Is that really why your not talking to me?" She turned around to meet him face to face and said to him—
" Look Zach I like you... I really do... But you and I both know we cant be together." He looked down and pulled away from looking into her gorgeous eyes. " Zach... are you—" he kissed her without thinking. Jay shockingly didnt wanna pull away. Zach had asked if they could keep their relationship private from the band and she agrees. they walked back to the group smiling. No one really paid attention though.
once they arrived at the house, it was very late and the boys went to bed. Jay sat in bed smiling very bright thinking about Zach. She then gets a message that says...
Zach💕🔐: Goodnight ❤️ see you in my dreams
