I pressed my hands against the glass.
"Now imagine it shattering and us flying away." Sonny said.
"Okay, here goes nothing." I whispered.
I closed my eyes and imagined what she told me. CRACK! I opened my eyes a crack ran through the center of the glass. I smiled and fluttered my wings.
I closed my eyes and repeated the process. I felt the magic escape me. CLANG! CRACK!
I opened my eyes to see that the glass was gone and semi-fresh air filling my lungs.
"Huh, what?!?" yelped the sleeping troll.
"FLY!"yelled Sonny.
We both flew out of the lantern and towards the cave exit. I heard the thudding of the trolls heavy feet. Luckily, trolls aren't known for their agility and grace and he trips over his own feet.
Outside we both flew behind a boulder. Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale. The sun was just barely peeking over the horizon. My vision was a bit off, but other than that I could see fine.
When the horrid troll had passed, we went our separate ways. Her towards the Fairy Village, and me well, I still don't know where I'm going.
