He stomped into his cave. He opened the front of an old lantern and tossed me in it.
"Ouch!" I exclaimed when my butt hit the metal surface.
He closed the door, locked the door, and turned away. I banged on the glass with fists.
"That won't work. Believe me, I've tried." some said.
I turned around. A fairy with blonde hair that seemed chopped to her shoulders and crinkled wings sat in a conner of the lantern.
"W-who are you?" I asked.
"Name's Sonny. I was once a Sun fairy." she said.
"I'm Lunesta. What happen to your wings?"
"That's what happen." she pointed to the snoring troll,"He crushed them. If I still had my sunbeam I could heal them. And get outta this place."
"I have my moonbeam. Not exactly sure that it can help you." I said.
"You have your what!?!" Sonny exclaimed.
"My moonbeam. Why are you acting like...that?"
"Take your hand and place on my wing." she said calmly,"Now, focus on how it once looked."
I did as she said. I closed my eyes and imagined Sonny with beautiful shining pastel yellow wings.
When I opened my eyes Sonny's wings were beautiful.
"How, How did you do that? How did I do that?" I asked.
"Any fairy can do it, you just need to know how." she explained.
She fluttered her wings, jumped and fell.
"Well, it's been a whole year since I've last flown. Give me a bit." she said.
She fluttered her wing again, jump, and flew around the lantern.
"Wow!" I gasped.
"Now to get out of here." she said.
"How do we do that?" I asked.
"Oh not we. You!"
