How she does it is she has to know what she wants to wear looks like and where on her body.
She can also think of a weapon and it will spawn in her hand or back depending on the kind of weapon and also if she is wearing something that can hold her weapon.
Spawning weapons takes more power than spawning clothes/armour so her power will run out faster if she spawns a lot of different weapons.
If she goes to her limit then her skin will start to tingle and she will get really cold because her body is trying to cool down.
If she goes past her limit that will all happen will get really cold and her body will just shut down till her body cools down.
