Chapter 21

~ Jung Shin’s POV

            It’s been four months after our talent showcase. Four months since I found out that Jong Hyun hyung and Yvette are in a relationship. At first, I find it hard to accept and believe. You know that I feel something very special towards her, but I’m too late now. She’s Jong Hyun hyung’s girl and I’m happy for them, but not for my heart. Well, that’s life. It’s always unfair, unequal. I learned to live with this regret in my heart. Jinjja… I had mix emotions back then. I feel frustrated, I feel regret… I feel I’m so dim-witted to harbor feelings for the girl I knew all along that only likes me as an idol.

            I’m too stupid not to tell Yong Hwa hyung how I really feel for his sister. Aish. There’s no point in blaming myself, right? I made decisions, and it can’t be reversed. Time can’t be turned back. Anyway, all I know right now is I’m happy and I’m learning to let go of my feelings for Yvette. I know Jong Hyun hyung can make her happier. He can protect and cherish her way better than I can. *smile*

            She fell in love with him. There’s no doubt with that. We won’t know about it if the pictures in the internet were not posted. We kept on bugging Jong Hyun hyung to tell us what’s really between him and Yvette, but he won’t spill any word. Min Hyuk hyung also dragged Yvette in our practice room to ask her as well. We were having a rehearsal, two days after the talent showcase, for a gig in our Manager’s own bar. Then both of them explained their selves and told us they’re in a relationship a day before the talent showcase. Now I really get it, that’s why they were having knowing looks and smiles that dinner I cooked for all of us. Jinjja…

            My hyungs and I are busy with our individual activities and while we are busy, we’re thinking about the theme of our new album we’ll be doing soon after we’re finished with all of our individual projects. I’m busy with my modeling career and at the same time, I’m learning to compose songs from Yong Hwa hyung, though he’s busy helping our agency’s trainees with their songs. Min Hyuk hyung and Jong Hyun hyung are both busy filming their dramas. And that leaves Yvette almost alone in our dorm every day, but Yong Hwa hyung will call Mi Eun noona, is she’s not busy, to accompany her until one of us gets home. Usually, Jong Hyun hyung’s the first one to be home. Jinjja… He won’t let his girlfriend be alone for too long. *smile*
