Why does everyone think
That because I act tough
That I am strong and can
Handle everything they
Throw at me
Can't they see
That some of the stuff
They do or say hurts me
I am not as strong
As I appear to be
On the outside
I am really an insecure
Person who has to
Double check everything
That I do to make sure
That it is right
And that it keeps upstairs
My strong face and does
Not show how I really
Feel or am
