Emma's POV

so currently right now I'm at Venice Beach, talking with some of Taylor's friends, Matthew Espinosa, Jack Gilinsky, Jack Johnson, Cameron Dallas, and Nash Grier. oh and me and Taylor have been dating for about a month now.

*FLASHBACK TO WHEN TAYLOR ASKED EMMA OUT*

hey beautiful ill pick you up in about 20 minutes or so.

shit. i forgot we had a date tonight.

so yeah me and Taylor have been together for going on three weeks. I guess you could say we are together but To be honest I HAVE NO FUCKING CLUE.

so I'm currently running around my room half naked cause I don't know what to where. I run to my closet and grab a nice dress. then I run to my bathroom and do a French braid. then i brush my teeth, put on deodorant and perfume. do a little makeup and grab some brown sandals that zip in the back.

as I run down stairs I grab my phone, tell my mom I'm going out and wait by the door. as if on cue Taylor arrives at exactly 7.

he knocks on the door and I open it. we head to his corvette and he opens the door up for me.

"hey cutie." he smiles.

"hello." I chirp.

"where are we even going?" I ask.

"it's a surprise." he smirks.

I groan. I don't like surprises unless I know what they are. see what I mean here.

after 20 minutes we pull up to this cute little diner.

"the lucky dog?" I laugh.

"yep. I love this diner. it's small but adorable." he smiles.

he grabs my hand as we walk in. we get seated really quickly.

"it's so cute in here." I say.

"but not as cute as you." he smiles.

"shut up ya little cheese ball." I smile.

after diner we decide to go for a walk on the beach.

we stop and I look at Taylor.

"Emma i need to tell you something." Taylor says, all serious.

my stomach drops. did I do something? is he dumping me?

he takes a big breath and says, "I like you a lot Emma. I like how you laugh at almost everything. I like how you try and make new friends. I like how you go on new adventures with me. I like how your so spontaneous and will practically do anything. I like how you help the less fortunate. I like how when we watch scary movies, you curl up beside me and duck your head into my arm pit. I like how you have a dirty mind. I like how you dance even when there isn't any music. I like the way you cuddle. I like everything about you. Emma Dale I think I'm in love with you." he says.

I gasp. he used the L word. Love. I stood there not knowing what to say.

"I-I-I think I'm in love with you too." I say.

he gets a big smile. I smile too.

"so then Emma. will you do the pleasure of being my girlfriend?" he says.
