Everyone has heard of the myth of vampires, but most only recognize the blood sucking variety. In all actuality the blood sucking vampires while possibly real are not so common these days. As a result I think it better to talk about a different kind of vampire, empathic.
Empathic vampires are actually quite commonplace. Think back, have you ever met a person who seemed to make you feel exhausted as time went on? I am talking about someone who it didn't make sense for them to exhaust you, as in there were no reason for it. If so you likely have met one of these so called empathic vampires.
Empathic vampires are not normally any stronger than a normal human. In fact the only thing different is that they have the ability to sort of absorb the energy of emotions. They are not powerful in a physical sense.
