Two words that describe something fascinating. Yes many people will say that they are simply science fiction but it has been proven to be possible to happen. I mean granted these powers are nowhere near as spectacular as the ones seen in comic books but they are by all accounts a power of sorts.
For example an oriental man was struck by lightning and put into a coma for 9 months and when he woke up he no longer needed to sleep. Although i don't suggest going out in the next thunderstorm holding rebar overhead.... no that is something akin to trying to win the next Darwin award.
