I look away. My mind is reeling. What does Adam want to hear? So I ask him.

"What does Adam want to hear?" I ask.

"I want to know why you just had a meltdown at nine in the morning." He answers.

"Patience. Patience. Patience.  Patience. Patient. Patient. Please. Please. Patient." I say saying the only words in my head.

"You want me to be patient? Are you thinking of what happened?" He asks.

"No. Please others patience!" I shout. I can't say what I want to say!!!! The words are stuck inside of my head.

"You want others to be patient with you? Were they  being mean?" He deciphers.

"Please. Others please be patient with me. Misunderstood.  Please patience." I did better but not what I want.

"Is it that they don't wait for your answer or ignore you?" He asks.

"Yes. Others ignore me. Are not patient. Patient please is helping. " I say. Usually I do better than this. But I am experiencing stress.

"Okay. Thats fair. But what could you do instead of this?" He always asks this.

"Deep breath. Walk. Adam. Music. Drawing.  Rocking Chair.  Outside for air fresher."

"Correct. So if you know those rules,  why not follow them, huh buddy?" He asks.

"Unknown." I say.
