As soon as Kei woke up, stinging pain have invaded her senses. There was blood dripping from her arms and neck. A cut.
Where am I?
Kei was stunned. She realized there was something wrong and frowned hard.
Something was approaching her location fast!
Struggling to get up, Kei ran as fast as she could; ignoring the fact that she had cuts everywhere on her body. Her senses were tingling, she is in danger and she have to hide fast. Kei grabbed the nearest branch and threw it at the opposite way, hoping to distract her pursuers. Her small frame dashed between the trees and bushes, running nonstop. Her body obviously couldn't keep up on what she's commanding it to do.
"Catch her!"
Kei could faintly hear their screams as they chased her deep into the woods. Her breathing starting to get shallow, eyes losing their focus.
"Don't let her escape!"
Fuck. Kei thought as she sprinted between the trees, careful of not stepping into anything that could lead them to her.
Her body's weak, but her will isn't and once she survives this chase... she would make them regret even thinking about her.
