two dam days I've been in this police station my arms are folded on the table my chin on them as I look at the pictures of my dead friends that i couldn't save if this guy is my dad how could he do this i let out a deep sigh
"That sounds serious" i look up too see Reid i smirked
"yeah i guess what do you believe in Dr Reid" I asked
"please just call me Reid and what do you mean" he asked
"If this guys is really my father do you... Believe we as in offspring turn out like our parents" I asked looking at Reid
"I don't believe that i believe that we image ourselves after our role models or who we look up to " Reid said
I chuckle "well that's a relief" i said
"you know i don't even remember most of my childhood before i was put into foster care like my life before then is blank" I said
"sometime when we are put through a traumatic experience our subconscious blocks it out" Reid said
at this point Derek and Rossi walked in
"so you think i blocked it out as a defense" I asked
"i believe so" Reid said
Time skip
"hypnosis really this is stupid" I said looking at Reid Rossi and Derek
"Just please try this"Rossi said
"Fine" I said
we walked in "Agents is this her" the hypnosis guy said
"Please come in" he said
all of us walk in
"Gracie this is DR L" Derek said i nodded
"Gracie please lay down" DR L said
I lay down on the couch all tense and uncomfortable
"Gracie i need you to relax close you're eyes" Dr L said I looked at Derek
"Don't worry kid were gonna be here the whole time" Derek said I nodded
I closed my eyes
"Now i want you to take a deep breath and count backwards from 10" Dr L said
I took a deep breath
"this is stupid" i said opening my eyes looking at them
"come on kid just give it a try please" Derek said
"were gonna be right here" Reid said
"Fine" I said
Closing my eyes again I took a deep breath
"10...9...8....7....6...5........4..........3............2..............1" i counted then fell asleep
then darkness
I hear DR L
"Gracie can you hear me" He said
"Yes" I said
"now i want you to go back to when you were five years old the night your mother died can you do that"Dr said
"i can try" I said
"where are you" Dr asked
"I'm in a room with stuffed animals the walls are painted purple there is a night light" i said then i heard a loud bang i gasped
"Gracie what's happening" Dr L asked
"I hear shouting and loud noises" I said i start to walk towards the door opening it the shouting and noises start to get louder i start to walk down the narrow hallway
"YOU ARE NOT LEAVING OR TAKING HER WITH YOU!!" a man's voice said
my breath starts to get ragged
"Gracie what's happening" DR L asked
"I hear yelling and shouting" I said
"YOU'VE BEEN GOING OUT AT NIGHT KILLING WOMEN!" a woman's voice said
I continued to walk down the hallway until i was right outside of the shouting
i walked in to what looked like the living room
see a Man with dark hair and green eyes and a woman with black hair and Blue eyes were fighting
"Mom" i whispered in shock
"Gracie what do you see" Dr L
"m-my Mom and Scott Grey in the living room their arguing" I said
"About what" DR L asked
"She wants to leave him he's mad" i said
i watch as Scott grabs my mom by the shoulders "you are not gonna leave me! or take my daughter!" He said very angry
he then slaps her so hard that she falls to the ground he storms out but then comes back in with a steak knife
"NO!! NO!! NO!!" i yelled trying to stop him
he continues to stab my mom in the chest
"NO!!!"
I feel myself being shaken awake
"Gracie!" I open my eyes
Derek is above me
"I couldn't stop him" I cried as i held onto his arm
"I couldn't save her" I said through sobs
"I couldn't save her....I ...couldn't.....save" everything goes black
Derek pov
we watched as Gracie convulsed in her hypnosis and screamed i started to shake her awake once awake she started to cry and panic like she couldn't breath then she got like she did a few nights ago she couldn't finish her sentence then collapsed
I caught her
"What did you see" I said as i held her
