                                               Gracie POV 

I looked at Rossi, 

"Well?" He asked crossing his arms, 

"Look I did this with the best intentions, If I was dead Scott wouldn't be looking for me and that way when he resurfaced he wouldn't be expecting me, and he certainly didn't that poor motorcycle," I said shaking my head, 

"That was you?" He asked 

I nodded, 

"Gracie do you know the people you impacted taking such action?" Rossi said looking upset, 

"I know, but it was the only way," I said 

"There is always another way," Rossi said 

"Not with him," I said 

"Yes there is," He said sternly 

"How!? look at all he's done, He kills people Rossi, he ruins their lives, you really think the sacrifice I made was a poor one after all the hurt and pain he has caused!?" I said 

"Gracie you faked your death," Rossi said 

"But you still got him, he is now in solitary confinement he won't be escaping, ever again," I said 

"Yeah but at what cost?" Rossi asked 

I glared, 

I shrugged off my flannel underneath I had a muscle shirt, I pulled it to the side showing him the scar from the bullet, 

"This, This was the cost, he almost killed me Rossi, so I made a decision on that operation table, that he was not going to do this to no one else, that if I had the chance I was going to make sure he was going to stay behind bars," I said 

I felt tears welling up, 

"He took everything from me Rossi, so if I had the chance to make sure he doesn't do the same thing to someone else I had to do it," I said 

"I know he hurt you in so many ways that no one should ever experience, but you and I both know you could have done things differently," Rossi said 

"Could I? an inch in the right direction and he would have killed me," I said 

"We get that," Derek said walking in, 

"No I don't think you do," I said putting my flannel back on, 

"Oh I think we do, what happened that day, he took something from you, and whatever that is hurts you every day," Derek said 

"Stop profiling me, I made a decision nothing more nothing less," I said 

"Who are you trying to convince us? or yourself?" Derek said 

I just rolled my eyes walking past Derek leaving the room, 

"Gracie were not done," Rossi said 

"I am, I have more important things to do," I said 

"Like what hide?" Derek said 

I spun around, 

I glared at them, 

"Eric is out there somewhere do god knows what to Jayden!" I said 

"We know and were on it but were talking about you," Derek said 

"Why?" I said 

"Because you did something extremely reckless," Rossi said 

"And impulsive and were worried," Derek said 

"Well don't, I've been taking care of myself since Scott took my mother away from me, so why change that now," I said walking out,
