I don't know how many of you are familiar with the mechanism behind the shedding of leaves by the trees during autumn. All summer, with the long hours of sunlight and a good supply of liquid water, plants are busy making and storing food, and growing. Before the arrival of the winters, when the water is acute and plants cannot afford to lose energy, the plants shed their leaves to survive. Shedding leaves helps trees to conserve water and energy.
My autumn leaves are my troubles, my problems, my regrets, sorrows, failures,mistakes, disappointments....anything that consumes my energy.
Most of my poems are based on them, autumn leaves that I want to shed. But not all of them. So it's just a collection of my random poetries. I hope you do read them and be able to relate.
