He did the bare minimum during the physical test and I'm near certain that he was doing it on purpose. I was planing in booting him for sabotaging his own test. But then... I saw his written exam note... he only had one error and even then he was technically correct. But I gave him an error since it wasn't the answer on the cheat-sheath. Take that, you brat. he's too much of a prick to be a good teammate. as a leader, I'm sure his teammate would jump off a cliff, not because he asked them too but to get away from him. we'll have to whip him into shape.
