Michael's POV

"What was that about?!" I heard Ashton shout, helping me up, when his hand touched mine I just felt that spark that you'd read from clichè books. Yes, I have a crush on Ash but never would I tell him that, I'd rather live a life of secrecy than confess my infatuation towards him.

"I-it was an accident, mate, sorry" a familliar voice apologized, I dust myself off as I stood up, catching the boy's sour glare directed towards me. I look at my feet as I began to fidget with my feet, my right foot would step on my left and my left foot would step on my right.

Ashton just nodded, wrapping his arms around my shoulder, he tugged on my sweater signalling me to follow his steps. I nodded at Ash as we started to walk to our next class, with me leaning on his shoulders and him rubbing my upper arm.

"Stop calling me babe!" I groaned, fighting the blush that was threatening to rise up. He just laughed mumbling a " 's cute". I just rolled my eyes at him even tho it caused butterfli- no, dragons, who where just butterflies last week that have now morph into something bigger and more powerful.

"Wanna come over later?" I asked, fidgetting with my sweater paws.

"I thought boy toy's coming over" Ashton asked, smirking at me. Boy toy a code name we made for none other than the insensitive asshole named Luke Hemmings.

"Oh, shut up" I pushed him playfully, well not really, most of the strength I used was real but I'm as strong as a kitten, sue me.

"No, really. I thought he was coming over?" He shifted uncomfortably on the grass. I looked at him with disbelief as he took out his phone and played a - repetitive, catchy, pop - song.

"Really?" I asked, rolling my eyes at him as he shrugged, laying down his phone on the grass.

"What? Ugly Heart by G.R.L is good" I just rolled my eyes at him, laying down on the grass, sighing.

I closed my eyes, breathing silently. Before I heard someone shout.
