i felt relieved knowing we were finally getting out of this poisenous town. all it has ever brought is pain and misery to myself and everyone in it

i was in the bedroom of the apartment nik compelled for us and had just finished packing up everything when i went to the living room and called for calvin, shane and lewis to come collect it all while i carefully put all the bloodbags filled with the dopplegangers blood into the black briefcase as alek puts a simple spell on it so noone else can open it but himself or me
"thanks alek" i say
"its no bother miss odette" he replies
he walked out the door leaving me to my thoughts when i hear multiple voices talking i look over my shoulder to see calvin walked in laughing with my other two new hybrids shane and lewis beside him carrying all my belongings
"is that everything?" i asked gulping down the last of my glass of blood
"yes" shane replied with a shy smile that just melts you
"ill be down shortly" i nod at them
"alright" calvin says leading them out the apartment continuing their silly talk about whos stronger
"thanks boys" i call as they walk down the stairs
"no problem" i hear lewis call back
i grabbed the breifcase and smirked at all the ideas of what i would do once i trained my hybrids but the thought of marcellus made me happy
"cant wait to leave" i sighed
i hear light footsteps behind me trying to sneak up on me making me chuckle mentally at his foolishness. i placed the briefcase back down on the table gently before calling to him
"nice try nik" i say casually smirking
he chuckles wrapping me in a hug
"is their no way i can convince you to stay?" he asks sadly
"your gonna be off making hybrids yourself nik plus we will see eachother soon i know it" i smile encouragably
"i know but i always feel alone when your gone" he mumbles into my hair
"i will always be here for you like i always have done" i whisper softly going onto my tiptoes and planting a friendly kiss to his cheek
"i love you vie you have always been there even when im being a tyrant" he sighs rubbing a hand through his curly blonde hair
"because i know the real you niklaus" i say looking up at him sincerely
"that you do" he whispers making eye contact with me
we just stand there staring at eachother locking eyes..i never really noticed how blue they were before and in the heat of the moment we both lean in slowly and share a small sweet kiss that lasts a few seconds when we pull apart we smile
"ive always wanted to do that" he tells me with a bright smile
"deep down i think i always did too" i say barely audible
nik pulls me back into another kiss except this one is ergent and rough he holds me securely in his arms as i wrap mine around his neck pulling gently at his hair and we kiss eachother hungrily moaning into eachothers mouths, nik grabs my thighs and lifts me up so my legs wrap around his waist as he walks off into the bedroom laying me down softly onto the bed before climbing on top of me, he leaves feathered kisses all up and down my neck and sucks on my soft spot making me moan while digging my fingers into his back
