King POV

2 weeks later

I have been in the hospital with Kayla for two weeks since the incident and I regret that very day and I swear if my baby dies Rora will regret ever living In this world. The doctor told me she wouldn't live, and that dude asked me many times to pull the plug but I am confident in Kayla that she will wake up soon. I slept beside her in the hospital every night wishing and hoping that she will be up and I am longing to see that beautiful smile of hers again. I looked at her then saw the best thing that I could ever see, her eyes fluttered open and she looked around and saw me while I shouted for the doctor. She looked at me with disgust then said
"Have you seen yourself?? You look like shit rn King damn you a dirty hog or sumn"

This girl just can back to life and she being sassy already, but I paid her no mind all tat matter was that I had my baby back.
The doctor came in shocked and asked how she was still alive
"I told you my baby was strong she can pass any test y'all give her"

She looked at the doctor
"Wait this short little nigglet (no offense made here Im black also lol) said I wasn't gonna live???" she asked with wide eyes and then she laughed at him and started to get up but they stopped her
"I'm sorry miss but you have run some tests on you so you have to stay here for now" she scolded a at him but I just calmed her down if it's anything that I don't want her to do is to be stressed she looked at me and started talking bout random stuff I wanted to apologize but it she kept on asking for what so I think the water washed that out so I'll just save the explanation until she ask, that is if she does, I ended up zoning out and just looking at her while she rambles on and I thanked God that she is alive cause I don't know what I would have done without her.
