Natsu sat in a chair next to Lucy's hospital bed with his head in his hands. He sat in silence, waiting for Lucy to wake up. A few moments later, her eyes fluttered open. "Lucy!" Natsu shouted. "You're finally awake!" She stared at him for a moment.
"Who was that dragon?" She asked.
"That was Acnologia. He was in his dragon form and was sleeping in that cave. But I don't know why... Igneel never slept..." Natsu muttered. More to himself than to Lucy.
"He looked and sounded familiar. I spoke to him, but only for a moment." She said.
"Hmm." Natsu only nodded slightly. All of a sudden, Lucy started to cry.
"I failed my first mission! And I got hurt! Master will never let me go on another mission again!" Lucy sobbed. Natsu, surprised by her sudden outburst, tried to calm her down but nothing seemed to stop her tears.
