64~the more the merrier

33 months later(two years,nine months)
22nd April,2022

I sat in the exam hall,today I am writing my final exam which will determine my BSN(bachelor of science in nursing)degree

Everyone was going out but i was finding it difficult due to the discomfort in my stomach

And suddenly I felt liquid trailing my legs,my eyes widened

I quickly wrote the last thing  I could remember before I screamed in pain

"My water just broke!"i shouted holding the table tight

All my friends turned and looked at me with wide eyes

The invigilator carried my script immediately before she told the security to go call My husband who has been waiting outside

Shortly,Amina submitted along with Rachel helping me up

Zainab also submitted and started rubbing my back

Kamal rushed in scooping the heavily pregnant me in his arms before we entered an ambulance we came with, driving off to the hospital

"Kamal!my waist!"i screamed

"Sorrry Malak,we will soon reach"he whispered rubbing my back

"Stop rubbing my back!i just want the baby out!"i shouted at him

"Sorry!"he said nervously

After what felt like forever we arrived at the hospital and they put me on the wheel chair as I was taken into the Labour room

"Call everyone!"i shouted in pain hitting his arms

"I will just calm  down sugar habibty"he whispered rubbing my arm

Doctor Fauziya walked in with a smile

"Now Malak you just need to inhale and exhale then you push with all your strength"she instructed and I shook my head

"You can do it come on"she assured

I gritted my teeth in pain as I pushed out all in vain

The pain was still there and no sign of a baby

"Come on ,I love you. push remember after Every hardship comes Ease"Kamal said encouragingly

I nodded while he wiped my sweaty  forehead

I pushed and I pushed but still no sound of cries and my stomach is still the same

"I think I am dying Kamal"i said feeling weak

"No..don't say that"he said shaking his head with teary eyes

"You have push for everyone you love out there because they all need you,
You are the angel if our lives and we need you
We want you,come on"he said encouragingly while tears trail down my cheeks

I gritted my teeth as I held on to him tightly

"Ahhh!"I cried and I pushed one last time

And we heard the baby's cry

"Come on remaining the second one,I can see head already"Doctor Fauziya encouraged

"I can't"i said panting

"You can"Kamal assured nodding

I inhaled and then i pushed with all the last strength I think I have

And i suddenly heard another cry before I slipped into darkness

Kamal's pov

I walked out of the Labour room sadly

"Kamal son,how is she and the baby?What did she deliver?"they all asked repeatedly

Only Malak and i knew we were having twins after the ultra sound but we never bothered to check the gender.we wanted to surprise them all

"It's a girl"i said with a smile

Little Farha and our Aayan  jumped happily
We told them we were going to get a baby today
Farha looks very much like Jamila and Aayan he keeps growing tall everyday I wonder what his mom is feeding him

"And another girl!"i exclaimed again happily

They all gaped

"Alhamdulilah"They all said in unison
Mother kissed my forehead tenderly

"The more the merrier"Kamil said smiling

"I knew it was twins"Fareeda said with her pregnant belly standing next to Hashim who was holding their two year old son,Naim

"You owe me fifty thousand Ismail,I told you she is giving birth to a girl"Rachel said bringing her hand infront of Ismail

"But she gave birth to two girls instead so the bet is cancelled"Ismail said smartly and Rachel rolled her eyes at him

"Ishaq you can choose one of them and we promise to get her married to you when you grow"Yusuf said to his one year old sitting on Zainab's lap

We all laughed

They kept asked if they could go see her but I told them she is still sleeping

"Daddy not fair,I will pray Allah gives me a little brother soon if not Farha and the two new babies will gang up on Me"Aayan said with folded arms

She pulled her tongue out at him

Naim chuckled

Dad called Baba and informed them I could hear Yusra's screams at the background

I went into my office and bow in sujud thanking ALLAH

Malak really suffered the past two years,she had another miscarriage when Farha turned six months old and she promised not to conceive again since they keep dying

But then she got pregnant again,we all became scared but Allah protected them and her due date happened to fall on her final exams day

I hope she would pass so that all the pain she beared will be worth it

Finally,I never imagined at the age of twenty-five.i will be the father of four children

The initial plan was only me and Aayan till I die
I know the plan sounded stupid

I am glad for Allah's plan because it is the best of all plans

Yay!We finally have twins
What should we name them?
I suggest Naimah and Niimah😂my namesakes
Oh Maybe not😂😂
Seriously though I will miss my Mr perfect and Mrs angel😢😢😭😢😢😭😢.
