Ten.

You held your breath, in retrospect you expected this you hadn't felt this way since being really young, your outstretched hand quivering between the grasp of your mothers.

Nine.

You clenched your fists you knew no one was around to notice the little episode you were having.

Eight.

You closed your eyes it might make it more bareable, but to be honest it wasn't going to help the fact of how scared you were.

Seven.

'Don't stop breathing ____' you said to yourself 'come on you can make it through this, it will all be ok, you're not a kid anymore.'

Six.

Five.

Four.

Three.

"Why are you counting?"

Your eyes snapped open and you started to panic you didn't like it when you didn't make it to the end of your countdown. You looked around your cell and to be fair to the Avengers you were happy you hadn't been shoved in a claustrophobic box of darkness. Your cell was quite light and welcoming, for a cell and you had been promised you may leave there as soon as they had questioned you, however deep in the pit of your stomach you had doubts. The room was circular and in the middle of the room was something that seemed to be a control panel in the shape of a semi circle the glass panel at eye height. When you had been placed there you hadn't noticed anyone else in the room possibly because you'd started to freak out at the thought of being enclosed with no escape. Then you remembered your counting and remembered the voice, you knew it was Loki's and you knew if you even began to talk to him you would work yourself into something other than pure hatred so you just ignored his comment and drew your attention to the floor, the pristine, nicely, polished, white, shiny...

"You know you can ignore me love, ignore me into the very depths of your despair, but we both know the outcome in the end," he said watching you, pacing up and down in the cell opposite you, who was still trying to stare some what contently at the floor.

You had been on the edge for a while and you was just about to loose it with him, and you would have if it wasn't for your sanity to start counting again.

Ten....

You heard Loki sigh as you continued your sequence more quieter than before.

"Remember this?" he asked and you looked up to him curious he gestured a motion with his hand and suddenly you were dressed head to toe in the ensemble Loki put you in to prove he had magic. You stood up from where you had been sat, on a bench in your cell, and smoothed out the fabric over your curves. You smiled, and then quickly changed your expression to seriousness trying your hardest not to be satisfied with what you assumed was his form of an apology, even though when you thought about it, it was you who turned him in.

You simply nodded and walked up to the front glass part of the cell looking out into the area below. It was different to the inside of your cell it was dark, the floor was dark and so were the ceilings and walls but it wasn't dingy more high-tech and the look was mainly gained from the electronic lights flashing across the screens and double doors that lined the left wall of the room. Out of boredom and worry of what was yet to come you began to survey every corner of the room, when it came to your attention there was a security camera eyeing both yours and Loki's cells, what would they think if they had heard the conversation you had, what would they think if they saw you sporting Loki's colours?

Loki smirked slightly you must have been making your worry pretty obvious.

"I remember more what happened after in it, though," he said knowing full well you'd blush at that, was he trying to get you into more trouble?
