Ch.17 Forver Yours

"Marry me"

"W-what?"

"I said Marry me Yona"

Yona's heart beat begins to race as the words she's been longing to hear finally become realized. She could feel the flutter of butterflies in her stomach as Hak looked at her with his determined dark blue eyes. She couldn't look away from him as if afraid that all of this wasn't real

Yona looks down, fiddling with her fingers. A smile beginning to form on her face but her actions causes Hak to become even more nervous

He may seemed composed on the outside but internally he was frantic, he words came out of his mouth before he could even register it

Of course he wanted to marry Yona without a doubt but he wanted to propose in a different way, perhaps something more romantic and not right away she was supposed "marry" someone else.

'Well its now or never' He thought to himself as he silently awaited Yona's answer to his marriage proposal

"If you don't want to marry me then I understand, it was foolish of me to pro--"

Yona quickly looked at him when he started out his sentence and before he could finish, he quickly grabbed his collar of his outer robe and kissed him with passion.

Hak's eyes widen but he quickly responded to her kiss on instinct and wrapped his arms around Yona's waist, pulling her closer to his chest not leaving any sense of space between them

Due to the lack of oxygen, Yona had to break off the kiss but soon leaned her head against his chest and Hak rested his head on her shoulder

"Well, that was a surprised attack if I say so myself Princess" Hak said as he was trying to control his breathing but he couldn't deny that it was something he deeply enjoyed

He wouldn't have minded if she were to take control once in a while, especially in the bedroom but he'll keep that a secret

"Shut it"

Hak chuckled and he pulled back to look at her. Yona's face was flushed red and she was still trying to get her breathing under control

'Cute' Hak once again thought to himself

He grinned "So I take it that this is your answer?"

Yona's face became even redder, almost the same color of her hair if that was possible. She simply turned her head and said "Isn't that obvious?"

He chuckled "I suppose it is"

Yona looked up at him and gave him the smile he all so loved, causing him to smile as well.

"Shall we tell the others?"

Hak thought about it and sighed but then grinned causing Yona to look at him curiously wondering what was going through his head
