"Are you sure about this?" Sui asked as she helped Jimin move the smallest things. A couple weeks had passed and he had already moved out. He wouldn't risk another encounter with Jungkook after what happened and was even considering start looking for another job; he already had gained some experience after all.
"I need to get out of here as soon as possible"
"I agree but.. what about Tae?"
"What about him?"
"Jimin.." she said with a scolding tone stopping what she was doing
"Alright.. " he scoffed, rolling his eyes..
"I do miss him.. a lot"
"I fucking knew it!" her voice louder than it probably should be
"So? Why don't you call him?!" she dropped the box and sat on it
"I... my phone..
I don't know his number.."
"Now you're just not making any sense"
"Jungkook.." he mumbled and pulled a brand new phone from his pocket "he smashed mine into pieces.."
"Did you try Facebook? Ig? Twitter?..
That weird website where you two met??"
"I.. already tried them all" he said, half frustrated and half ashamed that he couldn't help but try to contact Taehyung
"Is like he just vanished.."
Jimin's calmed expression turned darker by the second.
He tried to keep his mind away from the fact that he'd probably never see him again, and now just talking about it..
"But.. you do know where he lives, right?"
"Uh.. i'm not sure. I might remember but.."
"Okay! Come on, i'll drive you there!"
she stood up a such speed that was questionable for a human being
"What?! You..?! Now?!!!"
"Shush" she scolded him once more and pulled his hand walking to her car
"But, but~"
"But nothing!" she practically shoved him inside
"You're not wasting this chance, you stubborn child"
"Sui but.."
"What?!" she stared at him, key on the ignition
Jimin took a deep breath before answering that.
He looked down and just let what was really troubling him out
"..what if he doesn't wanna see me..?"
She slowly put her hand over his and stared into his eyes with the sweetest look she had ever gave him
"There's only one way to find out..
but i'm sure he's missing you too.
You really do love him, Jiminie.. don't let him go"
"But why did he never call me..?"
"Are you fucking kidding me right now?" he face changed from a sweet older sister to his executor's. She honestly couldn't believe how slow he could be sometimes
"........................OH MY FUCKING GOD, MY PHONE NUMBER!!"
he jumped inside the car almost hitting his head with the roof, and Sui took that as a permission to finally start driving
........
It was almost night when they finally reached a huge building
"It's here!! I'm pretty sure it's here!" he shouted and she wasted no time parking at the entrance
"Well? Go get your man!!" she encouraged him as he ran inside the apartment complex and into the elevator
He couldn't believe he was finally going to see him again..
Jimin never meant to kick Tae out of his life, but that night had been way too intense and the rage he felt had taken control over him
He swallowed hard as the elevator doors opened and he walked towards the apartment door
He stood in front of the door, gathering all his courage when a voice made him freeze..
...a woman's voice
There was someone else there.. and by the sounds coming from inside she was having fun..
Jimin was completely speechless, his heart shattered.. his mind refusing to accept what he was listening and his body wouldn't respond, so he didn't even notice when he accidentally did knock on the door
"wah stop it!! there's someone at the door"
he heard her say in between giggles, but his feet wouldn't allow him to walk away
The door suddenly opened and a tall, beautiful girl came out, barely dressed
"Hi, honey.. are you looking for someone?" her dark hair thankfully covering the transparent parts of her blouse
This is definitely a joke.. right?
It hadn't even been two weeks and he had been already replaced..
or maybe he was never more than a distraction?
His mind raced increasing the pain on his heart as he was about to turn around and leave when~
"Who is it babe?" a male's voice approached the door from the inside
"Can I help you?"
"T~Tae~"
"Huh?" the girl asked confused
"WHERE'S TAEHYUNG?"
"Ah, you're probably looking for the guy who used to live here right?" the man tried to make any sense of what was happening
"Yes!!!" Jimin's heart felt like the heaviest weight had just been lifted
"Please, tell me where he is!!!"
"Aw, i'm sorry honey. We heard he suddenly moved because there was some situation with his family so he had to go away indefinitely..."
......
Jimin slowly walked towards the car where his friend waited for some good news.
He looked up and met her eyes and noticed her smile, which only made him finally break in tears
"Minnie!!" she shouted running to him and hugging him tight as he just let himself fall into the ground, hands on his face trying to cover it
He wouldn't say a word, and just sobbed uncontrollably and she could only tighten her embrace
He shouted in pain, drowning in his own tears, knowing one thing for sure..
he'd probably never see Taehyung again
