Nikolia stood on the patio, wearing only a pair of sweat pants. He took a big drink of coffee. Alexander came and stood next to him. "I did a background check on you." He said, both looking at the rising sun. "Did you like what you found?" Nikolia asked him curiously, taking another drink. "Surprisingly, I did. I thought you were some criminal."

Nikolia scoffed, "I am. I will lie, cheat, steal, and even kill without blinking." Alexander nodded, "Only for those you care about. You don't give a shit about what happens to yourself." He was right. Nikolia never cared what happened to him, he only wanted to help his mother, and now he wants to help many others. With Mario locked away, the drugs and trafficking will stop.

"How far will you go to make sure nothing happens to Chloe?" Alexander asked him. "I did my digging, Mario has an army." Nikolia shrugged, "He can do whatever the hell he wants to me, but he's a dead man if he gets close to her." His voice dripped with ice and it made a small smile lift on Alexander's face. "It's only a matter of time before shit hits the fan." "Bring it on."

Nikolia looked at Alexander and the man looked back at him. "You'll fit in rather nicely with our family." With that he turned on his heel and went back inside. Nikolia sighed and went back to watching the sun rise. He wanted to go see his mother's grave. It was one he dug himself in a field with a head stone he had made himself. It took a lot of work but she deserved it. He wanted to know what she would say about all of this. She was a kind woman who never lost his temper. Chloe was almost her exact opposite, but the important things they were the same.

He knew his mother would've loved Chloe. He just wished Chloe got to meet her. "You've been up a while." Eliot said coming out with his own cup of coffee. "Couldn't sleep." Nikolia told him which was the truth. "Your trial is today." It was a statement, not a question. "Got a suit?" Nikolia scoffed, "Does it look like I'm a man who owns a suit?" Eliot chuckled, "No you don't."

"How strong is your case?" Eliot asked him. "Arkham Asylum strong." Nikolia stated. Eliot nodded, "The Joker escaped from their many times." "Mario Lopez doesn't have that kind of insanity to get out of it." Nikolia countered. "This is true. What are you two going to do once it's over?" Eliot asked him. What's with that question lately? "She asked me to move to Westfield with her, I agreed." Nikolia told him.

Eliot raised his eyebrows, "Seriously?" Nikolia nodded, "Why is that so surprising?" "She moved out of Westfield because nothing exciting ever happens here, claimed she wanted danger and fun." Eliot told him. Nikolai smirked, that sounded like his woman. "I guess that means I have to make sure I never bore her."

Eliot and him both chuckled at that. Chloe Bishop was a handful and it took a special man to handle her.

Later that morning, Eliot had laid a suit on the bed with a tie. Nikolia sighed when he saw it. Of course he'd loan him a suit for this. He dressed and tied his tied. When Chloe came in to get him she stumbled at the mouth watering sight in front of her. He looked like a sinful mob boss that took only one look to have people cowering. It made her wet.

He closed her mouth with a finger then placed a kiss on her lips, "Don't keep yourself so open, I might just fill it." She licked her lips at the idea of taking his cock into her mouth. She has never been a fan of giving head, but she wouldn't mind tasting him. He groaned and kissed her. She wanted to mess up his hair but he kept her hands at her sides. When he pulled away she was flustered, her cheeks had a pink tint to them.

He took her hand and lead her down the stairs. Let's get this over with.

At the court house, cameras flashed and reporters asked questions but they ignored them. In the court room, they didn't see Mario Lopez, only his lawyer. The judge looked at the lawyer, "Where is Mr. Lopez?" "He doesn't find this to be important." The lawyer confessed. Of course he doesn't, Nikolia thought. He noticed Chloe's brothers silently entered the court room along with Alexander. Nikolia patted his inner pocket, feeling the flashdrive that held everything he needed in his pocket.

"Present your case." The judge said gesturing to Nikolai's table. The lawyer given to him by the FBI stood up and Nikolia handed him the flashdrive. A laptop was presented to the lawyer and he plugged it in. The laptop was linked to a projector that allowed the entire room see it. "The flash drive contains every order he was given over the last six years." The lawyer went through photos, videos, documents, everything that tied Mario Lopez to many crimes. Mario's lawyer was now sweating, no way of countering it.

The jury left for only a couple of minutes before they declared Mario Lopez guilty of many crimes. Nikolia had successfully done it. He had successfully got the bastard a warrant for his arrest. The lawyer instantly began to call him, terrified.

Now Nikolia needed to prepare. Mario was going to come after him harder now. Won't be long till his stashes are gone, his men arrested, and his drugs found. Nikolia ruined his empire and he was going to try and kill him. Nikolia was loosening his tie in the car.

Chloe noticed how tense he was. "What's wrong? We won." Nikolia nodded, "It's not over till he's behind bars or dead. I ruined his empire and he isnt in cuffs yet." Nikolia cupped her cheeks, "And I won't let him hurt you." "Ride and die, remember? I'm not going anywhere." God he loved his woman he thought. That halted him instantly. Love. He thought it so easily towards her. He looked into her eyes. He did love her, and he would show her every day, for now he needed to make sure it was only him that gets hurt.
