I looked down at my lap. "I would rather not talk about it"
"Sorry, I didn't mean to hit a nerve." He apologized.
"No it's ok." I assured him. "It's just not something that I want to talk about"
"Ok so on a happier note, Question 4. What's you favorite ice cream flavor?"
"Really that's your question. Out of all the questions you could ask you pick that one" I was laughing now.
"This is an important question. You can tell a lot about a girl from her favorite ice cream flavor."
"Really?" I asked skeptically "Ok my favorite is mint chocolate chip"
"Good answer" he said
"So what did you learn about me from my favorite ice cream flavor?"
"I'm not telling" he was smiling mischievously right now.
"What?" I said while laughing
"To find out what I learned about you have to...." He thought for a while.
"What?" I asked, getting impatient.
He smirked. "You have to go out to lunch with me. Once you're healed of course."
"Are you asking me out?" I questioned
"Maybe I am." He laughed.
"That was fast." I joked.
He smiled. "What can I say. I'm a very blunt person"
"Ok I will go to lunch with you. If..."
"If what?"
"If you tell me your name."
"My name.... Grant, Grant Ward."
