Starfire was introduced in 1980 in DC Comics Presents (1978) #26. This means she's gone through quite a few costume changes, some of them minor and some of them huge.
DC Comics Presents and early New Teen Titans vol. 1 gave us her most enduring costume:
[ New Teen Titans v1 #6]
This costume didn't change much over the course of the 80s; they ditched the ties on the front of her costume and at some point started drawing the waistline of the costume without the small flaps but overall this costume didn't see much change. The first semi-permanent costume change Kory went through happened in the 90s when she donned pants in late New Titans:
[ The New Titans #129 ]
I say permanent because, upon her return to Earth from Tamaran years later, she would return wearing a costume consisting of pants and a long sleeve shirt:
[ Titans v1 #3 ]
Later in Titans v1, she would revert back to her original costume. In 2003, however, she started wearing a similar, but different, updated costume that played on her original:
[ Teen Titans v3 #22 ]
She would continue to wear this costume through 52, Outsiders, and other related appearances in the mid-2000s. When she joined the new iteration of the Titans, though, her costume changed slightly to have a higher collar with visible gems:
[ Titans v2 #3]
When DC Comics rebooted and started the New 52 universe, they gave Kory a new team, no memory, and a brand new costume. While it changed a few times over the course of the title, the same basic idea stayed:
In the Starfire solo title, Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti redesigned her costume to have longer sleeves, tall boots, and shorts, calling back to the earlier costumes that implemented these designs:
Shortly after this ended, Rebirth was used as a soft reboot and her costume was redesigned again, this time by Jonboy Meyers:
When DC was thrown into yet another crisis event, Kory's costume was redesigned again:
And then again not too long after this event ended:
