William and Maxina soon became good friends. And somehow they fell in love. But neither confessed it, for they knew that they will only stay friends. When they went home after a hunt, they were surprised to see a crowd of angry villagers rallying to the forest.
When they asked the villagers, they all simply said "death to all wolves!" William stared in horror, but to his relief, they never noticed. She asked them. They replied "the ancient library in the woods of course."
