Heathers POV
Today was the day. Aaron's been sleeping on the couch since we broke up a few weeks ago. It's not fair on him. The house have accepted me and Brennen together and Colby seems okay. I think it's only fair if I move out. Aaron will kill his back on the couch. we organised a meeting, Brennen came to this one and decided as a group, a family, that it's best if I moved into Brennen's house with him. It was hard for us, all of us, but Colby seemed to be more sad around Brennen and I. I took him into another room whilst everyone chatted and said, "Colby. You're regretting something. What's wrong?"
"I need to break up with Lottie."
"What, why?" I ask worried.
"I feel like I can only tell you this, so please don't tell anyone and I beg you not to tell Brennen." He says, his voice trembling.
"I promise Colby."
"There's this guy... who I... like?" He says as if it's a question.
"You're gay?" I ask
He just smiles softly and looks down hoping I would still accept him.
"Who else knows?"
"Nobody."
"I hope you don't mind me asking, but who?"
"..."
"You can tell me anything Colby."
"Brennen..."
