Your friends say it does exist
But does it really?
Or is it just a myth?
Don't you even care?
That it is not even real.
That you want be happy to have a happy ending;
This is your life: praying, hoping, pleading for a happy ending.
Happiness doesn't exist;
Not for you: not when you have bones in your closet--demons in your soul.
So you want to get your fairytale ending,
Because you think it is real?
I mock you, laugh at you, taunt you with condescending truths.
Because we don't want the truth.
We want lies; we want pretty little white lies.
You will stay how you are.
It is a stupid myth by default.
It is yours; you will never get your happy ending
Because you didn't want it, didn't earn it, and it is all your fault.
So you don't let anyone in;
So yes, you won't get your fairytale ending;
It is a simple reason why;
Because you say you want it.
But you don't.
