1.)Walk down the street and peer into everybody's windows. If they see you, just wave creepily.
2.)Go to the cinema, find some random people making out and sit by them with a weird psycho grin plastered on your face.
3.)Go on the IRC and annoy the people on there. When all the nerds tell you to get lost, just creep on them instead.
4.)Perv on your next-door-neighbour. Seriously, it really freaks them out.
5.)Sit in your car, at the traffic lights and stare at the person in the car next to you for a long time. Staring contests are the best!!!!!!!!!!
6.)Make a habit of drooling.
7.)Smile and wave at random people. They'll be really creeped out.
8.)Go crossed eyed in front of however sits by you on the bus/train/whatever. See how fast they move.
9.)Simply start a random uncomfortable conversation with a random person on the subject of dog poo or whatever. It's funny to watch them backing away xD
10.)Fart in the swimming pool and yell in a loud voice, 'Sorry, I really need the toilet, so bear with meh!!' You'll have the whole pool to your self!
