Lodel-ay-hee-hoooo

Cheep cheep

Eggers yet, preened

with a smile on face

me knocked

many windows

for just

a little space

But, stunned and amazed

all I would got, were-

                              "Shoo! shoo!

                                               dare you come back

                                                                             to dirty the place."

For days and days

many doors shut 

right at me's face.

On some rooftop

me sat

panicked 

dazed

and crazed.

Why God why

why does kindness shy?

are you even there to hear me cry?
