I once went on an odyssey,
I can not say it was exactly a Sisyphean task.
My pride, a white elephant,
Driving me to the den of the grim reaper.
Between Scylla and Charybdis,
I found myself caught.
People who did not know any better
Ran the gauntlet on me.
Humility then came to my resue
And threw down its gauntlet.
Seeing I was a dead man either ways,
I had no other option than to accept it.
At the point when it seemed
I had met my waterloo
And a pyrrhic victory in sight,
A good samaritan arises
And there I find my open sesame.

JOURNEY INTO MY WORLD
PoetryWhen there's no one to turn to, we tend to turn to the one thing that's almost secrete to us. I turn to my pen and paper. My life might not be all that interesting but why don't u let curiosity get the better of you.
