It was the day of the Hanami party, I took a glance outside. Gosh it’s a beautiful, sunny day. I thought as a smile found its way to my lips. The perfect day for the party.
I took a look in the mirror making sure I was looking okay before I left the house. I’m wearing a white strapless dress, that hugs my curves perfectly and goes with my dark purple hair and eyes.
My hair is out and curled slightly since I wanted it to look different than normal and maybe catch someone’s attention! At thought a blush appeared on my cheeks only making me sigh.
He was so good to me yesterday… I just… I- nevermind. I thought as I took once last glance in my mirror before I slung my guitar over my shoulders as always. Better head out now, I thought as I made my way out the door and towards the guild.
I had told Lucy the day before that I'd pick her up, so I made sure to make a detour and head to her place.
Yet, as I walked, I couldn't help but keep thinking about Gray. I mean… He just makes me smile and well yeah he saved my life and all but- it’s more than that.
I love the way he just looks at me, the way he stares at me with those dark eyes, the fact that he’s an ice made yet… His skins so warm.
When he held me yesterday and well every other time I’ve been in his arms, they’ve just always made me feel safe, like nothing can get to me.
I couldn’t help but sigh at my thoughts. Wow, I seem head over heels in love don’t I? Maybe I am I mean- I do like him. I just, have no idea if he thinks about me the same way- but just as I turned the corner, I cut my thoughts off when I saw Lucy waiting outside her apartment for me.
"Hey, Lucy!" I called waving at her with a smile.
"Hey Se-" she started but stopped mid-sentence, and her jaw literally dropped.
Okay what just happened?
"What? Is there something on my face?" I asked with slight fear in my voice as I was now worrying about how I look.
"You look… AMAZING!!" She laughed as she ran up and hugged me.
"Omg! Jezz!" I cried as I let out a massive sigh of relief hugging her back, "You gave me a fright! I thought I looked stupid or something."
"Haha, of course not! And now I feel bad because I didn't really dress up!" She added looking down at herself with a slightly disappointed look on her face.
"Don't be stupid!" I argued interrupting her saddened look as I linked my arm with hers before we started walking. "You look amazing too! I just wanted to dress nice cause I wanted to impress Gr-" but I stopped myself right there, realising that I had already said too much.
"O.M.G." she squealed instantly stopping and staring at me. "YOU WANT TO IMPRESS GR-" but before she could finish I shoved my hand over her mouth.
"SHUT UP!" I hissed but she just kept a massive grin under my hand making me realise there’s just no hope for me now, so I let my hand fall.
"Don't even think about it." I growled sending her a glare. "This stays between you and me."
"I won't say anything!" she giggled before a cheeky grin formed on her face.
