G H O S T   S T O R I E S

Ghost stories were Caroline's father's tradition. Each night after tucking her and her brother in he'd tell them one, two if they begged. They were stories filled with spirits and ghouls and vampires and anything lurking in the dark of his mind. But there was one that was Caroline's favorite, one she asked to hear each night. It was dark and cold and sad but Caroline loved the way her father told it, the light in his eyes as he spoke. But what will she do when it's no longer a story? When after her father's death the cold and dark tale starts coming to life and her storyteller is no longer there to say the end?
