Just Roll With It, by AngusEcrivain

We came from the oceans millennia ago an' the oceans, they want us back

Gonna' do what they can to make sure that happens it's simple, a matter of fact

We belong in the sea not the sky not space not with our feet planted on dry land

Ain't nothin' can be done to prevent what's comin' an' soon we'll have fins for hands

*

Just roll with it I say 'cos when push comes to shove evolution's gonna' win out

Like the tired prize fighter who's been 'round a good while, the result it ain't in doubt

How we get there's the key, the journey's the thing what we do with our lives that matters

You've got hopes and dreams well live 'em out, but eventually they'll shatter

*

So y'see what I'm sayin' essentially is that we'll probably end up as merfolk

Livin' in big ol' cities 'neath the rollin' waves talkin' to fish... yeah...

Now I'm no expert just a dude with thoughts that don't make sense half the time

And this is what happens more often than not; endless nonsense, random lines...
