Epilogue

Melissa's POV

I dropped the last box in Ryan's room, or should I say our room.

Once I told Ryan that I wanted to move in with him, he was instantly packing my stuff and literally throwing things out my window and into his. I laughed at his reaction and was even turned on when he growled when he saw my panties lying on the floor.

"What is this doing out for everyone to see?!" He growled but only continued to pack/throw my belongings. Though he was more delicate with the breakables.

"Oh Ryan, I left them there to torment you, did it work?" I ask, coming up from behind him to face him. I puckered my lips a bit, before giggling and taking my panties out of his hands and putting them in my back pocket. He growled and pulled me to him. The swift movement, made me slightly dizzy. He steadied my wobbling form and looked at me with concern.

"When was the last time you went for a run?" He asked, studying my face for any sign of something being wrong.

"Umm.. I can't even remember." I said with a force laugh, trying to ease him. he was staring at me all serious like.

"Melissa, you have to exercise your wolf of she gets weak!" He said before, practically carrying me outside into my backyard.

He placed me on my feet and the  quickly stripped and shifted. All in 10 seconds.

I sighed and admired his wolf and I can only imagine him smirking. He growled teasingly before yelping, silently demanding I shift.

I stripped, not worried that people might be shifting, but when I went to shift, I felt the slightest of movements in my stomach. I stopped and Ryan looked at me worriedly.

I touched my stomach, wondering what it could possibly be that moved inside me. I wasn't sick, I hadn't eaten since breakfast and I knew that had alright went through my system.

"Ryan?" He shifted back and stood in all his naked glory.

"Melissa, what's the matter?" He asked, reaching out for me and holding my hand that was on my stomach.

I felt the movement in my stomach and froze on spot. I looked at Ryan, to see if he felt it too. He looked down at me quizzically, even worried until realisation dawned on him. Though, I still didn't comprehend 100% though I had a good idea.

"Ryan is it..? Am I...." I stared up at him, wondering what his reaction would be.

My heart swelled when I saw a heartwarming smile on his face and tears in his eyes.

"Melissa, we're going to be parents."

"Oh my God! Ryan!" I yelled, throwing myself in his arms, imagining already little Ryans running around. I imagined us putting our child to sleep, to the hours of restless sleep, to the dirty diapers, to endless baby formulas.. I couldn't wait. And with Ryan's warm body against mine his wet tears of joy on my shoulder, I knew he felt the same.  And I knew from there, everything was going to be okay.

Derek's POV

When I woke up, I was surrounded by forest. I sat upright, confused as to where I was,until I saw lights through the trees, indicating a town was nearby. I then remembered of my banishment, and of my beautiful Melissa.

My Melissa that I would never again see, because of that stupid, fucking Alpha! I wanted to kill him! To cause the ultimate harm to him!

And it was in my internal rant that he found me. I looked up and saw a strange weremale in front of me.

"We've been waiting for you. We have a.... proposition for you. A way to get back at Alpha Ryan. A way to get you anything you want, if you agree to help." He smiled sinisterly and with the fire blazing in his eyes, I instantly liked this strange man. I knew that we would be of great service to one another.

"What are the terms?" I smirked back with vengeance and my sweet Melissa on my mind.
