After he showed me that picture I broke out in tears.  I can't believe my dad lied to me.  Out of all people MY DAD!?.  I've been living lies. I didn't even know alexander was calling my name.

" katrina!! katrina !! " he yelled

" what!! " I yelled

" I've been saying your name and you said this is your father " he said putting his hand on my thigh.

All I could say was " he lied...he lied"

"who lied ? " alexander asked

"My dad he lied.. all he did was lie to me " I gave alexander his phone back and just sat there and thought about all the times he told me he was going around the world to help people and he's going to California to work in his "Clinic ". I should of known ALL those were lies.  But Why  he had to lie ?.

"Katrina " alexander said snapping me out my thoughts

"Yes? " I whispered

" what he lied about? " alexander asked

"Everything !! " I yelled

Alexander just looked at me started the car up again and Kept driving.  The whole time I looked out the window and just thought about Everything.  But the part that got me is My mom ain't tell me and I'm pretty sure her ass knew.

He stopped in front of my house .

I was about to get out but he put his hand on my thigh.

"Alexander get your hand off " I said

" Trina you acting like it's my fault all I'm asking you is to tell me what he lied about and you acting so damn stubborn " he said

" OK you wanna know ima tell you,  he told me he was a doctor and he travel around the world and he gotta "clinic " down here in Cali that's why he's here more than he's in  New York . But No that was all a fucking Lie!! " I said

" Damn " Alexander says

" Shit instead he's down here running these damn streets.  it's so fucking sad how He couldn't be real with me " I said

" Trina he ain't tell you cause maybe he ain't want you to think it's alright to run the streets like him.  It's HARD out here and yo dad was tryna make money for his family and he died Trina... he died doin this for you...  he died for you and his wife tryna support his family " Alexander said

"But why you do it then Alex? " I ask

" cause I ain't have nobody my OWN FATHER kicked me out when I was 14 and my mother just watched she was to sick to even talk then , and then your father came along I asked him can I work for him he told me no I was to young.  but I begged him cause I ain't have nowhere to go and nobody to turn to.  he told me I can stay with him and I did.  but I still needed money.  And he was like I can work for him, But I needa stay Strong cause it's hard in the streets. " Alexander said

And my father always told me to Stay Strong. I guess he had a reason to lie. It was for me, to keep me safe.

"Thank You alex " I said and gave him a kiss on his cheek 

" anytime future " he said smiling

I laughed and said " boy bye ". and got out the car closing the door . I walked to my door and unlocked it going inside.

My momma wasn't home cause her car wasn't in the drive way.

I just walked in my room and fell on my bed.  I needa nap I went to sleep.

Updated I know haven't in a long time sorry for any mistakes. uhmm I need more feedback I have 708 reads I'm happy for that but I need more feedback.  tell me what I'm doing wrong.
