Chapter 18:

It had been a couple days into this hospital trip in which I was still here.

I woke up, and saw Luke asleep on the chair... Wait... I CAN SEE

"OH MY GOSH LUKE!"
I yelled

He woke up suddenly acting like he'd been up the whole time

"Yes, princess"
He replied

"I- I can see"
I said as I looked around the room

A smile grew on his face, and I realized how much I really missed that smile
"That's amazing"
We hugged for a couple seconds then released

"So is it time for me to go home?"
I asked

"Ill ask the doctor"
Luke got up and pressed the button for the doctor to come in

Seconds later he did

"You have a question?"
The doctor wondered

"Yes, uh she's able to see again... Can she go home now?"
Luke asked

"Well is your vision completely back?"
The doctor asked me

"Mostly, but it's kinda blurry still"
I replied

"That's ok, well get you some glasses, you can come home today, we will probably do a MRI and a eye test."
The doctor said as he left the room

"Ok"
Luke replied

"I can't believe it, it's been so long since I have been able to see"
I cheered

"I know, I'm glad your visions back"
Luke replied as he kissed my head

"When you fell it must of did something to the tumor to shrink it"
The doctor said as he showed is the results from the MRI

"Oh ok"
I replied to the doctor as I tried to focus on the screen he was showing us

"Anyways, if it's still blurry we can get you glasses. Follow me"
The doctor said as he stood up and led us to a eye test room where he would test my vision
