Dedicated to a great writer who I admire a lot. Her fanfics are incredible, be sure to have a look! :)

The five boys followed me through the entrance, and we all sighed as a wave of heat greeted us. I snapped out of my trance when a ringing sound continued to echo in my surroundings. I looked straight at the reception desk, where a young woman with bright, blonde hair stared in our direction, oblivious to the phone beside her. She met my gaze and blinked, then noticed the sound. She quickly picked it up; blushing as she answered in her practiced voice.

‘Hello welcome to the…’

‘Shall we go?’ urged Harry.

‘Right,’ I nodded, leading them to the bright hallways and shiny stairs.

‘This is posh,’ grinned Zayn.

I stopped by our door, and removed the electronic key card from my wallet.

‘Ooh,’ whistled Louis in admiration.

‘You guys are so easily impressed,’ I teased.

‘It’s just so luxurious,’ he explained.

‘That’s right you guys are poor, sorry, I forgot you had an unsuccessful career,’ I said sarcastically.

He chuckled, and I pushed the key card into the slit before opening the door.

‘Sorry about the mess,’ I warned, ‘I do have younger siblings.’

Various belongings were scattered in corners.

‘It’s very nice,’ complimented Harry.

‘Don’t be polite,’ I said, and he put his hands up in surrender.

I moved towards the fridge and they took a seat at the tall stools by the kitchen island.

‘So we have,’ my voice was drowned in the clattering of bottles as I rummaged.

I pulled out a bottle of red wine, orange juice, and lemonade.

‘Yeah, probably not ideal,’ I frowned, ‘there’s a bar downstairs if you…’

‘It’s fine, Marie,’ assured Zayn with a smile.

‘Although we probably don’t want alcohol, we might get in trouble,’ winked Harry.

‘Ugh you guys are so boring,’ I snorted.

I heard Tayla scoff.

‘What is it?’ I turned to her, grinning.

‘Nothing,’ she smiled back mysteriously.

I presented them with glasses and poured the liquid.

‘So what’s it like in Australia?’ began Zayn.

‘Why don’t you go see for yourself?’ I smiled.

‘We really should,’ he admitted, looking at the boys for support.

‘You have so many fans there too,’ I added.

‘Are there like,’ began Harry in his slow, husky voice, ‘kangaroos in your backyard?’

‘Kangaroos only exist like ten miles from where I live Harry,’ I said.

‘Oh, that's disappointing.’

‘Do you all go down have a beer at the pub on Friday nights?’ grinned Niall.

‘Sounds like something you’re dying to do,’ I chuckled.

‘We’ll consider it,’ winked Louis.
