Brighton just sat there on the couch and smiled at Sam.
He returned a smile then broke the silence.
"I have a track meet later today and I have to get ready." he said looking at her.
Brighton she looked at him.
"It's fine. I'll head home." she said standing up and started walking out the door.
He ran after her.
"Hey, I love you." he said grabbing her arm and smiling at her.
She smiled, "I love you too." she hugged him and walked home.
