"Someone hand me a bloody pain killer!" I yelled within ten minutes of waking up. "I'm coming, I'm coming! Cool down female!" rats said while she splinted to the room and handed me a tablet along with a glass of water.
"Oh my god where's clar?" I almost yelled when I remember that I had come back without her.
"She came back this morning in a taxi" rats said while sitting next to me in my queen sized bed.
All flats in Astra were two bedroom flats. We had a queen sized bed in both the rooms. We also had a huge walk in closet in each of the rooms. Due to the fact that Tara had a lot more clothes than any of us made her have her own closet while me and clar shared the other one. Tara was in fact the only daughter of a very wealthy businessman. To an outsider, Tara us is one of the most spoilt kids around but once he or she gets to know of the amount in her bank account, they would know that she's comparatively down to earth. Tara hated showing off her wealth, she always says it's her father's money not hers that she spends yet her father's asks her to at least accept the car she has and the chauffeur along with it to facilitate transport, but he prefers sharing it with us.
"Morning?"
"Five"
"Oh....okay" I said, as if on cue, Clar walked in, her hair representing a birds nest
"Good morning my sweets" she said rubbing her temples
"Morning" I replied
"Here" rats said handing her a glass of water and a painkiller
"Thank you" clar said and hugged rats
"See! This is how you should react" rats scolded me
"Shut up and tell me about your date with Afreen" I said nudging her while she blushed ten shades of red
"It was amazing" she replied with dreamy eyes
"It was?"
"Perfect. The date was perfect. He is perfect" she whispered
"my friend according to my calculations you are in laaauuuuvvveee" clar said trying to make a serious face and the next moment we started singing lame love songs at the top of our voices even dancing at some while she blushed to her fullest we finally gave up laughing at her flushed face.
"Shut up! I've had enough now" rats said trying to sound serious but her smiling face was too prominent to believe her, which made us laugh harder
"I'm making coffee you should both brush now" Tara said walking out of my room as fast as possible while we laughed some more before walking to washrooms finishing our morning-duties. Within fifteen minutes we were all seated in the couch in the drawing room silently sipping coffee smiling knowingly at rats
"So clar, have you ever fallen in love?" I asked matter-of-fact-ly
"No and I never will" clar replied
"Hey that's my line!" I protested
"I'll go get the news paper" clar said avoiding the conversation
"Why don't you think you'll fall in love clar?" rats asked
"Come on! The whole concept is silly isn't it?"
