IANNE’S POV

“Hi Bench!! (≧◡≦)” Majo greeted Bench of course, with her usual wide smile. Frankly, she looks really gorgeous today. If not for her attitude and hidden agenda to my skater boy, I can think of her as an ideal girl. Too bad she isn’t. :P

“Hi Ianne,” then she greeted me, like she doesn’t want to but she needs to. “Oh, Ianne… you look pretty today.” She added, I can sense the kaplastikan when she said that.

“I know, dear. And I was pretty yesterday, and still pretty tomorrow, and the day after, then the next, and next… in short, I’m pretty every day.” I refrain from rolling my eyes. Bench thought it was funny because I heard him chuckled beside me.

“Okay, of course, whatever. Hahaha!” and this Majo actually rolled her eyes at me by covering it up with her exaggerated laughing.

 

“Anong nga palang ginagawa mo dito?” tanong ni Bench nung manahimik na si babaita. Right now, nandito kami sa hallway ng entertainment company kung saan under si Bench. Dumaan lang kami dito kasi sabi ni Bench meron daw syang kailangang ayusin e.

“Talk to someone about my latest project… anyway,” Majo answered. She looked at Bench’s leg, wala na kasi itong cast at hindi na nagamit ng saklay. Inalis na kahapon.

 

“Ahm.. Bench, how’s your leg? Magaling ka na ba?” at least I can hear a genuine concern in her voice. Maybe Majo is not that bad when it comes to Bench. (>__>)

“Yeah, it’s okay, thanks for asking. Let’s go, PB ko. Majo, alis na kami.” Nag-simula ng humakbang si Bench at sumunod na rin ako.

“Ah, wait… Ahm, bakit kayo magkasama??? At saan kayo pupunta?” curious na tanong ni Majo. Tumingin sa akin si Bench. Hmm, ano pa kaya ang kailangan niya? Makabuntot wagas. Psh!

“Mall. Late Christmas shopping.” Sagot ko sa kanya. Christmas Eve will be tomorrow and I hate to admit, sa dami ng nangyari, nawalan ako ng time bumili ng mga regalo, though I know that Bench and Xave wouldn’t mind, Tribal is used in receiving many gifts every Christmas and I don’t plan to give him a heart break.

“Oh? Really?! Wow! That’s nice! Can I tag along? Naging busy kasi ako these days. Hindi pa rin ako nakakabili~” Majo said pouting, clasping her hands on her chest. Sana kasi imbis na umepal nung nag-Tagaytay kami noon eh nag- shopping na lang sya! Uraaaat! ><

“Come on, I hate shopping alone. And at least I can consult Ianne about the gifts if I have some trouble picking.” Majo laughed awkwardly nung mukhang wala kaming planong isama sya. “And oh, are you really going to shop together? Like… Just the two of you? I mean… I don’t think it will be a good idea… I know that you guys are just “good friends”, but of course… you know Bench. Ha-ha-ha.” Majo shrugged. My SB and I exchanged looks. She got a point there…
